Amplify creates ELA (English Language Arts) interactive core curriculum that inspires students to read more deeply, write more vividly, and think more critically.
Alongside my work illustrating individual ELA units, I created artwork and digital assets for Amplify’s broader platform and social media channels.
For the ELA dashboard, I developed illustrations that brought color, character, and atmosphere to the existing interface. For social media, I drew from artwork created across different curriculum units, recomposing elements into new images and flexible layouts for Amplify’s outward-facing communications.
A more welcoming digital space
I created illustrations for the Amplify ELA dashboard to shift the atmosphere of the existing interface, from light and airy to dark and immersive.
The artwork brought personality to the platform while creating a more welcoming entry point for teachers and students.
Extending the artwork beyond the lessons
For Amplify’s social media channels, I reworked illustrations from different ELA units into new compositions and layouts, including quote cards, author features, Instagram Stories, and promotional posts. By combining elements from the original artwork in new ways, I adapted each unit’s visual language to new formats while keeping it recognizable.
